Pick up orders

If you live locally in Auckland you are welcome to pick up your order. Please message me directly to arrange a time and if you have paid for postage I can refund this to you upon pickup.

Shipping and Handling fees

Please be aware that the postage fee for your country includes both shipping price and handling fee.

Made to order and processing times

Most of my items are made to order, so please allow 7-12 days for me to make the item before I can ship it out to you. I understand that this can be a bit of a wait, however I am a one-woman team! 

Orders are processed between within 2-4 working days if products are in stock. If the product is made to order it may take 2 weeks before your order is shipped. During holidays and peak times such as Christmas this may take a little longer.

Lost or stolen packages 

Please be aware that I am not personally responsible for any stolen packages. However If a package is lost or damaged I will do everything I can to help, including chasing this up with the post and passing on compensation to you or replacing the item.

Please make sure to enter correct shipping address to minimize the risk of the mailing service losing your package. I am not responsible for customers putting in the wrong address and a wrong address can also result in a package being lost.

Please also remember to track your packages to minimize risk of them being returned to me due to not being able to be delivered, or to see if they need to be collected from a collection point or depot. By purchasing from my shop you are agreeing to these terms.

Delivery Times 

NZ orders are shipped with overnight postage which has a target of the next working day, however this is a guide only and may take longer. Rural addresses can take up to 4 working days. Please remember that orders will only be shipped after they are made, which can take up to 2 weeks.

Orders shipped overseas will take between 10- 30+ working days depending on the postage fee selected at checkout, and taking into account unforeseen delays and circumstances. Please be aware that I have no control over postal delays.

Unclaimed Packages 

If your package is unclaimed after unsuccessful delivery attempts and you fail to collect it from a Post Shop or depot and is returned to sender (me), you may be eligible for a refund of your purchased items. But only the purchased item. Postage is NOT eligible to be refunded.
