Shipping policy

 

Delivery Times

NZ orders are shipped with overnight postage which has a target of the next working day, however this is a guide only and may take longer. Rural addresses can take up to 4 working days. Please remember that orders will only be shipped after they are made, which can take up to 2 weeks.

Orders shipped overseas will take between 10- 30+ working days depending on the postage fee selected at checkout, and taking into account unforeseen delays and circumstances. Please be aware that I have no control over postal delays.

Made to order and processing times

Most of my items are made to order, so please allow up to 7 days for me to make the item before I can ship it out to you. I understand that this can be a bit of a wait, however I am a one-woman team! 

Orders are processed between within 1-3 working days if products are in stock. If the product is made to order it may take a week before your order is shipped. During holidays and peak times such as Christmas this may take a little longer.

Unclaimed Packages 

If your package is unclaimed after unsuccessful delivery attempts and you fail to collect it from a Post Shop or depot and is returned to sender (me), you may be eligible for a refund of your purchased items. But only the purchased item. Postage is NOT eligible to be refunded.
